Position Overview:

VIKA, a diverse ecosystem comprising VIKA Woman (Non-Profit) and VIKASITY (E-Learning Management System), is seeking an experienced and passionate Brand Activator to play a pivotal role in shaping and activating the global brand for VIKA. This unique position involves working across the parent company, its non-profit subsidiary, and its E-Learning platform. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, especially in the realms of women’s empowerment and education. Brand Activation Strategy:

  • Developed and executed comprehensive brand activation strategies for VIKA, VIKA Woman, and VIKASITY, ensuring a cohesive and impactful global presence.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance brand visibility, recognition, and engagement across diverse audiences.

Non-Profit Focus:

  • Leverage a deep understanding of the non-profit sector to develop and implement brand activation strategies specifically tailored for VIKA Woman.
  • Create campaigns and initiatives that resonate with the non-profit’s mission of women empowerment.

E-Learning Expertise:

  • Apply industry knowledge in e-learning to position VIKASITY as a leading platform for professional development and education.
  • Craft brand activation campaigns to attract and engage learners and organizations globally.

Global Brand Development:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a unified and compelling global brand identity for VIKA, VIKA Woman, and VIKASITY.
  • Develop messaging that aligns with the mission and values of each entity while maintaining a cohesive overall brand narrative.

Passion for Women’s Empowerment:

  • Infuse passion for women’s empowerment and education into all brand activation efforts.
  • Champion initiatives that align with VIKA Woman’s commitment to uplifting and empowering women.

Collaborative Leadership:

  • Work closely with marketing, communication, and leadership teams to align brand strategies with overarching organizational goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to internal and external stakeholders on brand-related matters.



  • Proven experience in brand activation, preferably within the non-profit and e-learning industries.
  • Deep understanding of women’s empowerment initiatives and the education sector.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement impactful brand strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and leading brand initiatives.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand activation, with a focus on non-profit and e-learning sectors.
