Responsibilities:

Video Animation and Graphic Design:

• Conceptualize and create visually stunning and engaging video animations for e-learning courses on the VIKASITY platform.

Develop high-quality graphic designs that enhance the overall visual appeal of educational content.

Innovative E-Learning Solutions:

• Collaborate with instructional designers and content creators to bring innovative e-learning solutions to life through animations and graphics.
• Transform complex concepts into visually compelling and easily understandable animations.

Adobe and AI Software Proficiency:

• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud and AI software to create and edit animations and graphics.

• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and software advancements to enhance design capabilities.

Multicultural Collaboration:

• Work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
• Communicate and present design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proactive Self-Starter:

• Take initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement in design processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in video animation and graphic design, particularly in the e-learning or EdTech industry.
• Expertise in using Adobe Creative Cloud software and AI tools for graphic design and animation.
• Innovative and out-of-the-box thinking with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Excellent time management and documentation skills.
• Passionate about the EdTech industry, e-learning, and women’s empowerment.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in video animation and graphic design, with a focus on e-learning.
